Dehydrated skin is a skin condition normally caused by lifestyle factors. Dehydrated skin lacks water, so your body is losing more water than you are taking in, maybe due to not drinking enough water, too much alcohol, coffee, other diuretics.
Signs of dry skin are itchiness, dullness, darker under-eye cycles, increased shallow wrinkles and fine lines.
You can help dehydrated skin by drinking more water (although not too much!), less alcohol and caffeine, replenish fluids after working out and take a plant-based diet.
Tips: Try and get enough sleep, stress and lack of sleep can contribute to dehydrated skin.
