General order information

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from Presteigne, Powys, UK via Royal Mail (untracked unless Special Delivery). Orders weighing over 2kg will be sent via DHL courier.

Please note that we do not currently ship to the European Union, Northern Ireland or the rest of the world.

Please allow extra time if you live in a remote location, when there are adverse weather and traffic conditions or at peak times of the year.

If your order has not be received within 21 days of placing your order, please notify us by email.

Returns

UK orders only. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return your goods to Silvan Skincare, Silia Cottage, Warden Road, Presteigne, Powys LD8 2NL within 30 days of purchase with your name, order number and contact details. A refund will be made within 2 days of receipt of return.
